Evangelist Sheri Hosley was born in the Greater New Orleans to the parents of John and Helen Hosley. She is the middle child of five siblings. Evangelist Hosley is a single mother of one Geira Hosley.

 

She gave her life to Christ at the age of 17. Evangelist Hosley felt like she was part-time saved because, she experienced so many difficulties such as being in jail several times. The last time she went she was facing time for aggravated battery by a firearm. During that time in jail she heard a voice from God and she answered it.

She moved to Houston for five years, where God begin to transform her into a new creature. Evangelist Hosley was baptized on June 21, 2010 at Higher Dimension Church by Pastor Terrance Johnson. She then became an ordained minister under Sr. Pastor Roberta Carter. It didn't stop there. God called her back to New Orleans to start her own ministry. Consuming Fire Evangelistic Ministries, where she visits with women to empower them with wisdom, feed the homeless & witnesses to the lost everywhere. Out of that "You are a pearl" was birthed for hurting and broken women who don't know their identity and their value. 

 

Evangelist Hosley now resides back in Houston, Texas and attends a local church. She currently holds an Associates Degree in Christian Education and is pursuing her Bachelors in Organization Leadership. She is also an author so be on the lookout for her present and future literature. Evangelist Hosley is the true meaning of a virtuous woman. Her heartbeat is winning Souls for Christ. She loves God with her whole mind, heart and soul because, she knows God first loved her. Her passion is to witness to everyone she comes in contact with. She lets them know, "if God did it for her" he can do the same for them. In her own words she states that "God can take a mess and turn it into a miracle". To God be the glory for all the things he has done. All that I am is because of God. Her favorite song is Wonderful Change by Tramaine Hawkins. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4: 13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
